It takes your body, your energy, your whole heart.
This 6-week course is more than just yoga.
It’s movement, mindfulness, and meaningful preparation.
It is your invitation to slow down.
To breathe deeper, move mindfully, and prepare for birth with confidence and care.
You’ll:
• Learn safe, supportive ways to move
• Build strength and ease pregnancy aches
• Explore breathing and birth techniques
• Connect with other mamas-to-be
• Take time to connect with yourself and your baby
This course is for the mama who feels tight, tired, or overwhelmed.
For the one who wants to feel strong and soft at the same time.
For the one who needs a moment each week to feel held.
Whether you're new to yoga or already have a practice, you’ll be guided with care and compassion through each session, so you can move through pregnancy with more ease, awareness, and confidence.
