I am a yoga practitioner and teacher who deeply believes that yoga is far more than just movement- a lifelong practice of growth, discovery, and transformation.
Yoga is far more than movement; it’s a way of life. Its ancient philosophy offers timeless wisdom, while the practice itself has the power to transform both the body and mind, guiding us toward greater happiness, balance, and fulfillment.
I began my own yoga journey in 2019, during my early pharmacy days. What started as a way to relieve stress quickly became so much more—a grounding force that helped me navigate life’s challenges with patience, resilience, and grace. Over time, I realised that the lessons I found on the mat extended into every corner of my life.
In my teaching, I aim to create a welcoming and inclusive space where students of all levels can embark on their own yoga journey. I love incorporating dynamic practices to help my students find that flow state, a sense of effortless presence where movement and breath unite.
Beyond the physical practice, I weave in the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy, uncovering timeless lessons that can enrich our modern lives. These teachings remind us to embrace patience, presence, and balance, both on and off the mat.
